About Us Centralized Credentialing Services (CCS) provides centralized practitioner credentials verification and information management services.  In addition, CCS furnishes the required verifications for you to meet accrediting, state and federal requirements.  CCS verifies credentials with primary sources according to the The Joint Commission (TJC) and the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) standards and maintains a database of information for authorized clients.  With your consent CCS will act as your authorized agent to query the National Practitioner Data Bank and quickly and accurately credential and recredential your providers for managed care organizations and/or hospitals. CCS also provides a maintenance service which will continually track your files in our credentialing database, thus ensuring all provider licensures and liability insurance certificates never expire. CCS staff has a combined total of twenty-nine years credentialing experience. Two staff members are Certified Provider Credentialing Specialists and everyone is very dedicated to customer satisfaction.
